活性氧檢測試劑盒（Reactive Oxygen Species Assay Kit）是一種利用熒光探針 DCFH-DA進行活性氧檢測的試劑盒。DCFH-DA 本身沒有熒光，可以自由穿過細胞膜，進入細胞內后，可以被細胞內的酯酶水解生成DCFH。而 DCFH 不能通透細胞膜，從而使探針很容易被裝載到細胞內。細胞內的活性氧可以氧化無熒光的DCFH 生成有熒光的DCF 。檢測DCF 的熒光就可以知道細胞內活性氧的水平。
本試劑盒提供了活性氧陽性對照試劑Rosup，以便于活性氧的檢測。Rosup 是一種混合物，濃度為50mg/mL 。
本試劑盒本底低，靈敏度高，線性范圍寬，使用方便。
本試劑盒可以測定100～500 個樣品。
